About Us
Meet the people and purpose behind our clinic — delivering thoughtful psychiatric care with empathy, integrity, and clinical expertise.
Melissa Mason
PMHNP-BC
I’m Melissa Mason, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) proudly serving the Bellevue and greater Seattle area. Since earning my degree in December 2020, I’ve helped individuals and families navigate mental health challenges with empathy, clinical expertise, and personalized care.
I specialize in both adult and pediatric psychiatry, treating patients ages 5 and up. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based — I work closely with each client and their family to create treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and lifestyle. Conditions I commonly treat include ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to destigmatizing mental health care and making it accessible, respectful, and empowering. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I look forward to being part of your journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.
“Compassion is just as important as clinical knowledge.
My goal is to offer both, every step of the way.”
Professional Experience
I’ve had the privilege of working in a range of healthcare settings, each one deepening my skills and shaping my approach to care. My time at a ketamine infusion center gave me valuable experience with alternative treatments, and expanded my understanding of how innovative therapies can support mental health.
I also spent several years specializing in psychiatric medication management, where I worked closely with patients to ensure safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I spent 12 years as an inpatient pediatric nurse — an experience that taught me the power of empathy, resilience, and connection.
These diverse experiences continue to guide my work every day, and I remain committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care with compassion at its core.

What I love most about my work is the opportunity to build real relationships with patients — offering not just structure and guidance, but compassion and encouragement every step of the way.
